Our mission & vission
At Voice Yang, our mission is rooted in our founder’s own cross-cultural journey — living and working between China and Europe. We understand first-hand the challenges of bridging different business practices and cultural expectations. That’s why we exist: to eliminate gaps, act as ambassadors, and make collaboration between China and Europe smoother, clearer, and more impactful for every organization we support.
Born and raised in China, I’ve lived and worked in Vietnam, Japan, and Sweden — experiences that showed me first-hand how cultural, communication, and business gaps can hold back collaboration with China.
That’s why I founded Voice Yang: to bridge those gaps and help European businesses engage with China and vice versa. With 13 years in Fortune 500 companies, real life practices in consulting, and my passion for communication, I’m driving a team who are native experts with industrial experiences, plus aboard life experiences for us to communicate in the “same language”.
Beyond my professional work, I am the 2025 Swedish–Norwegian Toastmasters Speech Champion and a proud cat owner, passionate about building meaningful connections both on and off stage.
